Counselling in Faversham

Counselling in Faversham

I offer counselling in Faversham in a relaxed, comfortable and discreet setting. Drawing on years of experience, I offer support for a range of issues, such as depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, personality issues, trauma, bereavement and more.

Counselling in FavershamMy counselling style encourages you to safely explore the deep roots of the issues you face (within yourself, and in the world around you). We can then use these insights to confront challenges and achieve long lasting change and growth.

I have found this approach helpful for people who are new to counselling and therapy work, as well as those who have tried other techniques (such as CBT) without success. Evening appointments are available, and I undertake both short and long term counselling/therapy.

I offer both online and face to face counselling and psychotherapy. You can find out more about my background here and pricing here.
